1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of detwer's website, dashboard, desktop Bridge, mobile apps and API (the “Service”). detwer is a trading name ofMendmyi Limited, a company registered in England and Walesunder company registration number 07705267, registered office 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business (the “tenant”).
2. Accounts & roles
Accounts are held by a tenant and its authorised staff users, with roles (Owner, Admin, Technician, Viewer) that determine access. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only on devices you own or are authorised to service, and in compliance with applicable law. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security or tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law, or use it to process devices unlawfully.
4. Device operations
Diagnostics, erasure, and restore operations act on connected devices. Erasure is destructive and irreversible. You are responsible for confirming you have the right to erase or restore a device and for backing up any data beforehand. detwer provides the tooling; you control which devices you process.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a subscription basis and metered by unique devices per calendar month, with optional pay-as-you-go credits. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
6. API & webhooks
API access is subject to your plan and to reasonable rate limits. You are responsible for securing your API keys and webhook secrets and for the systems you connect. We may change or deprecate API endpoints with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and all related software, content, and trademarks are owned by detwer or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Data about your devices and account remains yours.
8. Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that diagnostic results or third-party check data (including blacklist status) are error-free or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, detwer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data resulting from device operations you initiate. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
